Wedding Cake Pricing, etc

 

 

Buttercream or Fondant iced cake                                    $7.75 and up per serving

 

Kitchen Cakes (see below)                                              $3.50 per serving

 

Floral arrangement                                                        add $.50 per serving

 

Handmade sugar decorations (bows/ribbons/floral etc…)  Priced separately

 

 

* One serving is considered to be a 1" x 2" slice of a 4" deep layer of cake.

 

* Non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 30% required to reserve date of delivery

 

* Balance of account is due 1 month before date of delivery.  Order will be cancelled and no refunds will be issued if final payment has not been received 2 weeks prior to delivery.

 

* Rental fee for optional cake plateau is $25 per week.  Rental fees will be deducted from plateau deposit refunded at the time that all items are returned in satisfactory condition.

 

* Delivery fees may apply depending on location of delivery.  You are always welcome to pick up your cake, though delivery assures that it will arrive in the condition you are expecting.  Anchorage/Eagle River: free.  Elmendorf/Fort Richardson: $75  Palmer/Wasilla/Girdwood: $150.  Please inquire for other locations.

 

* Please note, as with many other decorators, we will not provide wedding cake when another baker provides kitchen or groom’s cakes.  We have worked very hard on building our reputation for fabulous tasting cakes and can't have our work confused with that of another baker.  This protects the reputations of both bakers, especially in the event of a food safety issue.  Thank you for understanding.

 

Kitchen Cakes

 

Kitchen cakes are iced but undecorated sheet or round cakes that are used to add servings when a smaller display cake is desired.  They are delivered to the kitchen of your reception site and look similar to the main cake when cut.  We require a minimum of 100 servings in the display cake before incorporating kitchen cakes.
